About this cabin rental
Fish, boat, relax at our Riverview cabin in Gordonsville located on a peaceful 19 acre property overlooking the beautiful Caney Fork River. Our cabin offers solitude, recreation, and rejuvenation to all guests looking for a change of pace. The Riverview cabin offers all the modern conveniences you need with three bedrooms, two baths, Wi-Fi, cable and Roku TV. Downstairs you can relax while watching TV in the living room or playing cards around the dining table. You can overlook the river while preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or while grilling on the back porch. Also downstairs you will find one queen bed with a TV and DVD player and a full bath. Upstairs you will find the second full bathroom, a bedroom with a bunkbed, trundle bed and a TV, and another queen bed in the loft overlooking the river. With a beautiful river view from the back porch, you can enjoy the outdoors from home or escape to one of the many river access points in the area. Only 3 miles off I 40, Riverview cabin is 4 miles from the Gordonsville access ramp to the Caney Fork River and is within 10 miles of Betty’s Island and the Carthage access ramp. A five minute car ride will take you into town where you will find restaurants and shopping. A 25 minute car ride will take you to the Southern Hills golf course in Baxter. At the Riverview cabin you can begin the day in the front porch rocking chairs overlooking the field or on the back porch swing watching kayakers float down stream. You can also end your fun filled day telling tall tales around the campfire. Whether you are looking for fishing, boating or relaxing, Riverview Cabin offers adventures for all ages.

Wanting to find a cabin type setting for my son and I before he starts his senior year of HS, we found the perfect place! Only an hour or so from home, made it even better! Cabin was exactly as described, serene and peaceful but close to other areas to get supplies and food. We came to find someplace to fish, we should have done more homework because we didn’t find anywhere until last day. We walked down to the river here at the cabin, surrendered some tackle to the water, not a lot of area to fish. But, it was a beautiful backdrop. Rain off and on most of the days, but we still found time to fish, hang out and have a campfire. If you’re looking for a place to quiet your soul, relax and reconnect this is the place! Everything was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with the essentials for our stay. We always have a great time at this cabin, and its location is very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed some fishing and kayaking for the weekend. It was a great place for a quick getaway from work.
