Welcome to the Royal Court! Relax and unwind in my lovingly and tastefully furnished vacation apartment.
The 93-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the second floor in the attic and features an approximately XXX-square-meter bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a guest bed, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a large, cozy living room with a small office area.
From the beautiful balcony, you can enjoy a direct view of the greenery on Holzhausener Berg. Balcony furniture, a parasol, and a lounge chair are provided.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A travel crib and a high chair are provided.
The vacation rental has its own parking space for your vehicle. You can store your bicycles here.
From the vacation rental, you can set out directly on hikes, bike rides, or mountain bike tours.
The vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

This residence is a very clean, well presented flat. It is well positioned in a quiet part of Holzhausen and within easy reach to a number of pleasant walks. The flat is fully provisioned with all that you need to enjoy your stay - food excluded, of course. The host is friendly, speaks some English and happy to assist if required. He is supported by a friendly dog ‘Boomer’ who is always prepared to make himself available for a bit of attention. Overall, I can recommend this flat without any hesitation.
