Great Location but apartment not up to standard, and NO Air con!

The best thing about this property is the location! Close to the beach and restaurants. I always choose to stay in this area.

I was delighted to get this property but that was short lived when we arrived to the property. The worst I've stayed in over the years of going to Marbella. First off the property has NO air con, this was a disaster in the height of the summer. I think it should be specified in the description of the property but its just not mentioned so this means there's no air con. We stayed for 2 weeks and sleeping at night was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe my own fault for assuming, lesson learned. The apartment needs a deep clean. It felt grubby and the furniture is dirty. I always use the washing machine while away but unfortunately the washing machine was old and mouldy. The door opened one day mid cycle as the latch is not secure and flooded the apartment. Mopping up water on my holiday was not ideal. The staff tried to help with a portable a/c machine they had sent around and a cleaner to clean the mould from the washing machine. Both had little impact but they tried! I would never choose this apartment again and wouldn't recommend it. For the price they charge a small bit of investment into this apartment would make all the difference. Its also on the 10th Floor which is nice for views but not sure its suitable for people with kids!

Great stay, great location

The location is amazing, Just behind the boulevard. This was the 3rd time we returned to this appartment for a short holiday and it is just perfect.

A little bit less than a midium stay.

Good location, good size and ok view. Quiet area and short distance to the most of what we needed. Near to the beach, restaurants and to the old town.

That they didn't clean and change on the bed as we were told. The water was stopped without that we had got any message. We also have to pay 200 Euro if we damage anything before we could get inside. Nobody came and looked before we left the apartment to see together with us that everything was ok. That is not how I like it.

er was geen ontbijt voorzien

Het papier mocht niet in het toilet en moest in een afvalemmer. We moesten zelf voorzien van plastieken zakjes. Proper is dit niet als je met 3 mensen naar het toilet moet. Badkamer was te klein.
