Large and very clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Nice balcony. Bicycles provided and a number of nice nearby cafes/ restaurants. I am a Bangkok local and I have stayed here a number of times in the past and will again!
It's a quibble but I don't like "wet bathrooms". By that I mean bathrooms with no divider between the shower and the toilet. Not a problem for me: but not comfortably walkable for many to nearby cafes after dark. Getting a taxi here may be a challenge.

We stayed a single night and wished we could have stayed longer! The location is away from the main road, surrounded by mature trees, so it's peaceful and quiet. At the end of the rainy season (ie. low season), everything is lush and leafy, and room prices are attractive. The staff were laid-back and very friendly, especially the man who showed us our room. Our corner room was super clean and welcoming. Big windows on one side, a big glass patio door on the other -- lots of natural light. The lovely balcony has a small table, two chairs and the perfect orientation (out of direct sunlight, so it never overheats). Not only was the king-size bed very comfortable, but the sheets, blanket and pillows were clean and fresh. The secondary bed served as our sofa, and the other furniture was also really useful. The AC unit and TV worked perfectly., This is a very relaxing room! The super-clean washroom had two small hand soaps, a small bottle of body wash and a small bottle of shampoo -- all welcome, though perhaps a bit on the small size, so bring your own to supplement. The washroom is also well ventilated by a window with a good mosquito screen. The shower had strong water pressure and the temperature control was perfect. The WiFi was fast; working at the desk was easy and pleasant. Other details: free use of bicycles, 2 free water bottles, 2 sets of coffee mix, a kettle, cups, glasses and plates. We stored of food and drinks in the large, clean refrigerator. *NOTE: there is a market of sorts along the 2nd main road. Here, you;ll find snacks, fruit, beverages and small restaurants. We enjoyed excellent Isan (Northeastern Thai) food -- papaya salad, spicy mushroom soup, minced catfish salad. Make sure to hit this market before the sun sets (not long after 6pm), as shops here close much earlier than in Bangkok. Bottom line: it's rare to find a place this good on so many levels. We will be returning!
Hard to find a flaw in this gem of a place! The free shampoo, body wash and hand soap could be bigger, especially if you plan to stay more than one night. However, if you run out of those, the owners would probably be happy to give you more -- we didn't ask about that. A couple of the free bicycles were not in the best repair, but there were many and we had the pick of the lot. We were the only guests on a quiet weekday/night. If you stay over a weekend, it's likely busier and perhaps louder.

Wonderful place to get away from the city noise, traffic, concrete and steel of Bangkok Nice big room, spotlessly clean (and they'll clean and change towels for you every day if you want). Windows on two sides, nice balcony to sit and take in the greenery and nature. Bed is comfortable and everything works - aircon, shower, wifi, tv. No food on site but a big fridge and enough plates etc to prepare your own. Lots of activities available (from kayaks to crafts) but I went just for the cycling and the relaxing. I will definitely be back, it really does feel a world away from Bangkok.
Nothing, I loved it.

A very well located homestay if you want to have an immersive experience of the green Lung of Bangkok. The room was clean and well stocked, bed is comfortable, very quiet at night. There is a restaurant right next door and other popular places are also nearby.
