Cozy, charming attic apartment in Bochum-Ehrenfeld
The attic apartment (2nd floor) is located in the beautiful Ehrenfeld neighborhood of Bochum and has its own entrance.
It is approximately 45 m2 in size and consists of a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, and a U-shaped room.
On one side of the room, there is a double bed and a pull-out bed for two people, as well as a wardrobe. In the center is a sofa with a coffee table. From there, you can comfortably watch TV.
On the other side of the room is the kitchen and the dining table.
During the day, the attic apartment is bright and has a welcoming, country-style feel. The soft lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening, and blackout pleated blinds darken the apartment so you can sleep well in the morning even when it’s light outside.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a Senseo coffee maker.
We live in the same building and share the stairwell.
During your stay, you can almost always reach us if you have any questions.
The attic apartment is separate from the rest of the house and has its own lockable front door.
