I spent three days at Lys Homestay and it was a very pleasent stay.
Centrally located and quiet. Large and very clean room.
After a exhausting day I enjoyed the swimming pool.
But what I enjoyed most was the warmth and kindness of the owner. She had a quick solution for every problem
Her husband took care of the electric bycicles and scooters which are in a very good condition.
So I can highly recommand Lys Homestay..
There was nothing.

Very clean and nice rooms at Lys Homestay. You can rent a bike or a scooter there and even schedule a ride to wherever so it is very convenient.
Tha staff is super friendly and they will help you with everything you need. They will give you all of the instructions on what, how and where to see everything in Ninh Binh.

The homestay felt tranquil despite being in the middle of everything. It was fabulous to be able to use a pool. We had everything we needed including renting a bike, an electric scooter and having our laundry done at low price.
Family staff were always around to help. Really enjoyed our stay
There is some early evening noise from the nearby karaoke bar (with some interesting renditions!) but no problem as the loud singing finished before bedtime.
