. It’s also just 1 hour from the sea in Saint-Tropez and Aix, MARSEILLE, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cannes, and 2 hours from NICE
. Independent studio for 2 people: A charming, 30 m² independent studio on a fully fenced 1-hectare property with its own gate, in a quiet yet accessible location within a residential neighborhood. It features a large covered terrace with furniture; armchairs, lounge chairs, an outdoor bed for napping, and a barbecue area. A large private pool, covered year-round under a canopy to keep the water at a pleasant temperature; this pool is not shared—it is exclusive to this rental.

Tastefully decorated *A sleeping area with a 160x200 bed and a 30cm-thick mattress for your comfort, 2 nightstands
Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet
* A dining area and open-concept kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum/steamer, and heating for the off-season
* One bathroom: a large multi-jet shower, vanity with sink and washer, toilet, and storage cabinet.
Outdoors:
Large terraces for relaxing, private barbecue, clothesline, lounge chairs on the covered terrace, lounge chairs on the outdoor terraces and under the pool shelter, outdoor bed, and private gate

Lionel is a great host and tells a lot about the area. Because of the weather we had to leave earlier, that was a pity.
The space inside is not really big, but outside is perfect.

The house and garden are great, fully fenced which was nice with our dog. Lionel is a kind and helpful host that provided some great tips around the area.
