Welcome to this inviting vacation rental, comfortably furnished, approximately 60 m² with a terrace and access to the garden.
This beautiful accommodations are conveniently located very close to the main shopping areas and the Grömitz spa gardens.
Through the main entrance, the hallway leads immediately to the right to the apartment on the mezzanine level.
The modern flooring, featuring laminate and tile, extends throughout the entire apartment. All rooms are accessible via the hallway. On the left, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a large wardrobe.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. The well-equipped built-in kitchen has everything you could want. The dining area, featuring a beautiful wooden table, is located in the sunroom with its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The living area features a couch and a smart TV.
Through the large patio door in the living area, you can step out onto the inviting terrace. Here, you can't only enjoy the glorious sunshine but also take in the view of the well-maintained garden with a grill (for shared use) and a lawn for sunbathing.
A bike storage room and a coin-operated washing machine are available for your use.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone, zum Kurpark und zur Strandpromenade.
Die Ausstattung ist ok, teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. An der Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas gearbeitet werden.
Das Treppenhaus riecht alt und muffig, der Teppich liegt bestimmt schon 30 Jahre.
Wir würden die Wohnung auch noch ein weiteres Msl buchen!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt und die Beschreibung war gut. Teilweise ist Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre dies aber leicht zu verschmerzen

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. In der Küche könnten etwas mehr Utensilien sein( Teekanne, Teegläser). Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.
