The location was excellent, just a few blocks from Triana market and the neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants and creative shops. The house is pretty, very clean and perfect for our family. The kitchen and table on the central floor was spacious and had everything we need for our stay and we were thrilled with the rooftop terrace. We did not make use of the hot tub but it looked very appealing! The bedrooms are spread out over 3 floors with a central corridor that allows in plenty of light throughout the house via a central skylight. We loved our stay here
The code is sent exactly one hour before the 3 PM check in time and while I understand this is to prevent early check ins, we had some complications (which were also a function of booking.com) and couldn't get through on the phone to the host, so it took some time to get in. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Lokatie; heel leuk aan deze kant vd rivier. In Triana veel te doen
Kraan zat los in (kleine) keuken
1 badkamer heeft geen douche (alleen bad)
Airco op bovenste verdieping deed het niet, wat wel mag voor die prijs en warmte
Jacuzzi voegt niet veel toe, is op de begaande grond. En was leuker geweest op het dakterras
Met 5/6 mensen wel te doen, maar met 12 zal echt te vol zijn

Location amazing and great for walking into Seville. No car or taxi needed. All sights and good restaurants were easily accessible.
The property was adequate but a bit old and in need of renovation. Not a great deal of storage space in the rooms, in need of decorating.

Se trata de una vivienda reformada en la que han querido conservar elementos antiguos. LAS PUERTAS DE LAS HABITACIONES NO CIERRAN BIEN. Y TIENE HUMEDADES SOBRE TODO EN LA PLANTA BAJA DEBIDO AL JACUZZI. La vivienda no es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños. En general la relación calidad-precio, no está compensada.
