We’d be happy to welcome you to our charming 2-room apartment, renovated in 2018
It’s a ground-floor unit in a residential villa.
It is located 900 m from the sea and 500 m from shops in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Boulouris.
It is a 40 m² two-room apartment for 4 people
It has air conditioning
Separate bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom with a 140-size bed and storage space
Living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen.
Living room with a comfortable sofa bed.
LED TV (TNT)
Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and round table
Washing machine (new in 2020)
Terrace of approximately 25 m² with a pergola covering two-thirds of the area, featuring a table, chairs, and patio furniture. You have exclusive use of the terrace
Quiet surroundings
You have the choice of an indoor or outdoor parking space.
A crib and high chair are available upon request
. The property is non-smoking, but you may smoke on the terrace.
. We do not allow pets.
For added comfort, you can request the following before your arrival:
Option for sheets and towels: 10 euros for 2
The cleaning fee is 60 euros; this is collected upon arrival and refunded with the security deposit if the apartment is as clean as it was upon your arrival.
It is therefore your responsibility to leave the apartment as clean as you found it upon arrival (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.)
The residential nature of the neighborhood is not conducive to loud parties or gatherings.
Rentals are only available from Saturday to Saturday during the high season.
