Stunning villa, located in a small housing development, very close to the river (Les Gorges de l'Hérault) and the village of St. Bauzille de Putois, near Laroque, at the gateway to the Cévennes.
This beautiful contemporary villa can accommodate up to 8 people (including a maximum of 6 adults) and features 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with a sleeper sofa), one of which has a private bathroom. There is a master bedroom on the first floor, and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
Its fully enclosed garden is landscaped and shaded, featuring a lovely pool as well as a terrace with a dining area and a sofa area, along with a grill area.
The house also has a garage and a parking area with two private spaces.
The village is located about 35 minutes from Montpellier, 1 hour from Nîmes, and at the gateway to the Cévennes, where you can explore rivers and picturesque wine-growing villages such as Laroque, St. Guilhem-le-Désert, the Cirque de Navacelles, Mont Aigoual, Anduze, etc. The famous Grotte des Demoiselles is located within the town and can be seen from the bedrooms...

We had a great time in this lovely house. It is situated in a calm neighbourhood with a nice walk to the local boulangerie. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed our dinners outside by the pool.

A most enjoyable stay at a very well presented residence set in a very peaceful and tranquil location. Unfortunately use of the pool was limited due to the frequent thunderstorms but the host can't be held accountable for that. Access to a vehicle is essential in order to venture out to the surrounding areas. One small suggestion is to provide guests with a list of suggested activities and restaurants in the area and places of interest worth visiting. How to use a halogen hob and even where to empty the bins would also be a help.
In conclusion, I would thoroughly recommend.

It’s a beautiful property with great views of the mountains north of Saint Bauzille.
It’s finished to the highest standards, with everything you need, including air conditioning - bliss in the scorching weather we had.
Carine, the owner was always at hand if needed & very helpful with local knowledge. We had a great holiday.

Très belle maison contemporaine avec de nombreux équipements pour passer un agréable séjour en intérieur.
En revanche, à l'extérieur, la maison se situe sur le seul accès entrée et sortie du lotissement donc beaucoup de bruit de voitures, d'engins, de 2 roues qui passent juste derrière les transat et la piscine du matin au soir. Attention aussi à l'accès piscine qui n'est pas du tout évident
