Both my wife and I have stayed here before and we actually planned out 2 weeks holiday itinerary around the availability at Aquaviva,
there is a 10 minute walk into Otranto but it is worth the 10 minute stroll rather than trying to park a car in and around the centre of Otranto.
the highlight of our stay were our hosts who recommended restaurants, the best beaches and all round knowledge of the area.
the Breakfast... AMAZING.. believe all of the reviews when they say the breakfast was amazing with such a vast choice with either fresh produce grown in the garden or made in the kitchen.

Our stay here was a stand-out experience! The hosts, Lucia and Vincenzo, were so hospitable and personable. The property felt like it was in the countryside but it was literally just outside the old town - within walking distance. All the reviews rave about the breakfast and it exceeded our expectations. It was amazing! We had a great stay here.

It was out of the heart of the old town but an easy walk to restaurants and beaches and the beautiful old town.
Everyone raves about the breakfast and it is no exaggeration- best I’ve had. Fresh cakes every morning was a real treat.

This place was perfect, in a quiet spot but an easy walk into town. The grounds are beautiful and the bedrooms are big, clean and cool. And of course we were very spoiled with the incredible breakfasts! Lucia and Vincenzo were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.
