This charming apartment, measuring approximately 100 square meters, is located a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums; the "Ottaviano - San Pietro" metro stop is just 30 meters away.
The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, a safe, an LCD TV, and Wi-Fi.
The orthopedic mattresses and memory foam pillows will ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped: an espresso machine, an American-style coffee maker, kettles, a toaster, an induction cooktop, and a microwave are all available for guests’ use, as is a large washing machine. The comfortable sofa in the living area easily converts into a bed and can accommodate two people. All windows and doors feature high sound and thermal insulation, and the iron shutters ensure maximum security, as does the front door. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities and feature shower stalls.
The property is located in a central, strategic spot, allowing you to visit and reach all of Rome’s points of interest in just a few minutes. The neighborhood is well-served by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation.
The Vatican Museums are just a 5-minute walk away; St. Peter’s Basilica is 7 minutes away; continuing on, you’ll reach Castel Sant’Angelo, and from there, you can choose to cross the bridge and head toward Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, or walk along the Tiber River, which will take you to the Trastevere neighborhood in just a few minutes. From the property, you can take the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro line, located just 50 meters away. In just 5 minutes (two stops), you’ll arrive at Piazza di Spagna or the next stop, Piazza Barberini, where you can end your vacation by tossing a coin into the Trevi Fountain. A spotlessly clean fantastically appointed apartment. Shops, Vatican, Metro all within a few minutes walk. A quick transfer from Termini too via the Metro. Spacious, warm apartment with everything you need. Communication with the owner Lucianna was amazing. Always answered quickly and was so polite. We loved our stay celebrating my birthday. Apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. It was spacious enough for our big family of seven. Appreciated all the amenities and air conditioning as it was hot during our visit.
