Location, the interior design, comfortable bed. Had everything I needed. Loved the location by the canal and the patio, although it was too cold to enjoy while I was there.
The entry walkway lights did not come on when I first arrived, which made it dark and a bit difficult. The skeleton key is awesome but I couldn’t initially open the door, lucky my daughter’s partner was there and figured out not to put the key so far into the lock. I had no problems after that. I missed not having a desk. Also the light outside the door into the room turns off too quickly. I would have appreciated hooks on the wall outside the entry into the shower to hang my clothes when I showered. These are just little things.

Great location especially considering the price, although we did visit in October. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The canal side terrace was a great plus as well.
Very minor, but the fridge in the room didn’t work very well.

Amazing location and terrace, instructions clear
The terrace could use better care with the plants and bugs. The toilet setup may not be for everyone, the WC is open to the room.

Very pretty room and great location - walking distance to the centre but far enough away to be quiet.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on in the next room. Terraces are separated by a small divider that doesn't completely close them off, so the terrace doesn't feel completely private. When the people on the next terrace smoke, your room smells like smoke unless you close both doors to the terrace. Lights are hung really low throughout the room in inconvenient places - I regularly hit my head on them. Being on a canal means mosquitos, including in your room if you're not quick closing the screen door behind you. There is no fan or air-conditioning so the room can get a bit warm. The hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower on my second night. When I raised a couple of these issues to the staff via message (they are nowhere to be seen on the property) they were quick to respond but they were pretty rude and unhelpful. Complete lack of concern or apology about the room being hot, having mosquitos and no hot water at one point. Not at all what I expected for this price point and I wish I hadn't stayed here.
