Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht. Die gute und zentrale Lage kann die fehlende Klimaanlage,
Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ist wirklich gut. Leider war das für uns auch der einzige größere Pluspunkt.
Wir haben das Casa Bahia 0024 für eine Woche mit unseren drei Kindern gebucht. Aufgrund der Beschreibung hatten wir uns auf eine großzügige und gepflegte Villa für einen schönen Familienurlaub gefreut. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.
Das größte Problem war für uns die fehlende Klimaanlage. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen wurde es insbesondere im Obergeschoss so heiß, dass wir diesen Bereich praktisch nicht nutzen konnten. Das ist besonders schade, weil sich dort das große Wohnzimmer befindet und damit eigentlich der großzügigste Wohnbereich des Hauses.
Dadurch spielte sich unser Aufenthalt fast ausschließlich im Erdgeschoss ab – und gerade dieser Bereich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, der Essbereich eher eng und insbesondere die Betten und Teile der Einrichtung wirkten auf uns alt und abgewohnt. Für einen Wochenpreis von 2.400 € hatten wir einen deutlich anderen Standard erwartet.
Auch mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht zufrieden. Verschmutzte Vorhänge, Flecken und Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden, sichtbarer Schmutz auf dem Kühlschrank und teilweise nicht richtig sauberes Geschirr. Außerdem hatten wir regelmäßig Ameisen im Haus. Einige der Mängel haben wir auf Fotos dokumentiert.
Mit drei Kindern fanden wir zudem die sehr steile und enge Treppe ins Obergeschoss problematisch. Auch deshalb haben wir uns überwiegend unten aufgehalten. Für kleinere Kinder, ältere Menschen oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität halte ich sie für wenig geeignet.
Der sandige Zugang zum Haus mit einzelnen Trittsteinen ist ebenfalls unpraktisch, da man dadurch ständig Sand und Schmutz mit ins Haus trägt.
Was uns zusätzlich geärgert hat: Nach der Buchung wurden noch 100 € Reinigungskosten und eine Kaution von 500 € verlangt, die für uns vorher nicht ersichtlich waren. Gerade die zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten waren angesichts des vorgefundenen Sauberkeitszustands schwer nachzuvollziehen.
