About this apartment rental
We’re located in the Laimgrub district of Chieming. It’s an ideal starting point for swimming in Lake Chiemsee, taking trips to the Chiemgau Alps and the surrounding area, and going on bike rides and hikes. Bike paths run right past the house. The bus stop is about 50 meters away and runs several times a day to Traunstein (train station) or Prien. It’s about 1 km to the center of Chieming and about 1.5 km to the Lake Chiemsee swimming beach.
A cozy and well-maintained vacation apartment with a balcony in a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is located in the attic of a former farmhouse with 500 years of history and was completely renovated in 2020.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen—featuring an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave—you can cook to your heart’s content or treat yourself to culinary delights featuring regional specialties from the many inns and hotels in the area.
A cozy couch and a comfortable armchair are available for you to relax, read, and unwind.
An extensive selection of brochures and maps is available to help you plan your excursions, hikes, and bike rides. We’d be happy to share many tips and recommendations with you in person.
For very hot days, a portable air conditioner is available in the vacation rental.
The balcony is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a clothesline for drying your bath and shower towels.
You’re welcome to store your bicycles in our garage, which also has a charging station for your e-bikes.
A free parking space is available for your car.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, bestens informiert und fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Einzig die Lage an der Straße war ein kleines Minus - aber das war uns bekannt und am Wochenende deutlich ruhiger als unter der Woche

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung.
Es war alles sauber, Gastgeber sind super sympathisch und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Die Fewo ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Familie Sam ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns diesbezüglich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Einziges, für uns doch etwas größeres Manko, ist die Lage an der viel befahrenen Straße, so dass der Verkehrslärm leider auch abends und nachts nicht weggeht. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern, dringt der Verkehrslärm durch. Im Schlafzimmer, war es jedoch zum Glück weitestgehend ruhig. Für wen das nichts ausmacht, ist die Lage und die Wohnung top.
