A wonderful stay at Melissa Rooms, run by Panagiotis and Anna, who obviously enjoy running their excellent business. They had plenty of recommendations for places to go, and kept the room clean and tidy for the whole of our stay, and even gave us some snacks and water as part of their warm welcome!
The rooms are 10 minutes walk from the port, and just 5 minutes from the park where buses travel all over the island. The old town is also quite near, just past the main shopping area, on the way to the port. A few minutes the other way leads to a more authentic coffee shop, and also an excellent grill for cheap meals such as roast meats and souvlakia at non-tourist prices, a large supermarket (very handy!) – and also a regular bus to the west coast resorts.
Wi-fi was fine, hot water at all times, and a balcony at the back just perfect for those quiet times after a busy day out! Highly recommendable, and definitely the place to stay on our return to Naxos!
all good

I had an excellent stay at Melissa Rooms, where the accommodation was clean and in a nice, quiet location. It's around a 10 minute walk to the heart of Naxos with all the shops and restaurants nearby.
Panos and Anna were very friendly and there to help with any questions whenever needed. Everything went perfectly and I loved my time there. Thank you very much!
