Staff was impeccable. I especially enjoyed Jade.

Perfect location in Toulon right across the street from the maritime museum, port, and naval base. Interesting and quirky historical building. Amazing balcony, private, with views of the bay
Room is quite small, difficult to open suitcases. Parking is quite a process. At least they have parking which is rare downtown, but to get there, you have to parallel park in front of the lobby to unload bags, then drive around the block, speak a code word to lower the barriers, then drive down into a tight underground parking structure and find a little nook to park the car. More rf codes are needed to get back into the labrynth.

Only there for one night. Room was clean and tidy, bit rough around the edges but good for what we needed.
The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable—loud music from nearby bars went on late into the night and could clearly be heard from our room, making it almost impossible to sleep.
