About this house rental
With its large terrace overlooking the pool, this treehouse-style villa with a beautiful garden is the perfect vacation getaway. It’s just a stone’s throw from Lyon via direct bus, or a 15-minute walk to the Oullins metro station (Line B).
You’ll enjoy the private pool (not overlooked). Terrace with a grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, peace and quiet, sunshine, and nature...
A large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room.
3 bedrooms with double beds + 1 single sofa bed (a bit firm, 110 wide) in the third bedroom.
+ 1 travel crib with a very comfortable mattress in bedroom 1.
+ A 140-wide sofa bed (for 2 people) is available in the living room.
Our home is ideal for a family of 7–8 people (including a baby).
The villa is not intended for loud “parties”—we do have some neighbors… It is important not to make noise on the patio, in the garden, or around the pool after 11:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors.
Private parking is to be shared with the tenant of the separate studio located below the house. (This tenant has no view of, nor access to, the house’s garden, terrace, or pool.)
