Very disappointing — misleading photos and extremely poor value for money The photos are quite misleading. The apartment looks much larger in the photos than it actually is. The listing also says “beachfront”, but in reality it is harbourfront. If you want to find an actual beach with some sand where you can sit and swim, rather than rocks, you have to walk around 15–20 minutes. The apartment is located directly above restaurants, which means it is also directly above their exhaust fumes. Sitting on the balcony is practically impossible unless you want to smell fish, frying oil and whatever else is being cooked downstairs. The balcony is therefore almost unusable. The building itself is an old 1980s building, although it is relatively well maintained. However, the two things I consider most important, the main entrance and the balcony door, should absolutely have been repaired before the property started being rented. The balcony door had no key, which meant we could not properly secure it and consequently never felt safe leaving the apartment unattended. The bathroom was another major problem. There is almost no water pressure at all, making showering extremely difficult. Even worse, there was never any hot water, despite the fact that we stayed in the heart of summer. The water simply does not get hot, even when using the water heater. This is completely unacceptable for accommodation being rented at this price. There are also almost no amenities. The TV is basically decorative, and there is no parking. You might be lucky enough to find a spot somewhere downstairs, but parking is extremely difficult and chaotic. Another major issue was the host’s complete lack of communication. We received no information about the arrival details until we contacted the owner ourselves. When we informed him that the balcony door had no key and asked whether there was another way to lock it, he never replied. He also did not respond when we messaged him after checking out.

Unfortunately, the two nights we spent in the apartment were not a good experience. The air conditioning system requires maintenance, as none of the units operated properly. In particular, the unit in the bedroom with the two single beds failed completely and did not work at all. The bathroom is of a very poor standard. The washbasin drains extremely slowly, the shower water pressure is very low, and overall the bathroom is in need of thorough cleaning and renovation. The balcony also lacks a sun umbrella, making it virtually unusable during the daytime because of the direct sun. In addition, the apartment provides a kettle and ground coffee, but there is no filter coffee machine or coffee press to prepare it, which was rather surprising. Overall, we were very disappointed with the apartment, especially as it did not meet the standard we expected.

Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found broken chairs, dirty and used pillows, walls with holes and peeling paint. The floor was filthy, with dust and crumbs, and the shower was in terrible condition – with cockroaches, a curtain barely hanging on, and very low water pressure. There was visible mold in some areas, a torn sun lounger, and the wooden railing on the balcony felt unstable, which was unsafe. The balcony door didn’t lock properly, and no key was provided, leaving us concerned about security. It was also very noticeable that all the surrounding apartments had been renovated – except this one, which felt completely neglected. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and the set we later received wasn’t even ironed. The sofa was badly stained. The parking area was chaotic, with cars blocking each other and no proper organization. On top of that, there wasn’t enough toilet paper for our group. Awful experience – definitely do not recommend.

The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made our stay even more pleasant. Everything was truly fantastic — I honestly can’t fault a thing!

We had an amazing weekend with my family in this beautiful seafront apartment. The location was just perfect — breathtaking sea views from every room and a stunning balcony to enjoy them from. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made our stay even more pleasant. Everything was truly fantastic — I honestly can’t fault a thing!
