A recently renovated portion of a villa with a large terrace, surrounded by greenery in an extremely quiet location, 500 meters from the historic center of Maratea.
The house is on two levels. On the first floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen furnished with a dining table and a sofa bed (1½-person), a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, there is a large room with 3 single beds and a bathroom (without a shower).
The living room opens onto a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella.
The house offers a picturesque view of the historic center and the sea.
The bus stop for the port, the train station, and the beach is 200 meters away. The historic center is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and the beach is about a 10-minute drive away.
