Then take a look around the site.
Our family home, which sleeps up to 6 people, will be available for rent for the first time on January 1, 2021, following a complete renovation.
The house is in the perfect location!
— just 100 meters from the Altastenberg ski carousel. (6 ski lifts + a toboggan lift.)
- 400 meters from the well-known Astenkick.
- Beautiful hiking trails.
- You can enjoy delicious meals in the immediate vicinity.
- And Winterberg’s nearest ski lift carousel is just a 3-minute drive away.
Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find the following activities for all ages:
- Climbing park, treetop adventure course.
- Downhill mountain biking + rentals.
- Various toboggan runs.
- Rappelling
- The Panorama Bridge.
- Mountain bike trail + rentals.
- Children’s playground.
- Fly-line.
In addition to traveling by car, you can also take the bus.
There is a bus stop right near the house with a bus to Winterberg every hour.
The house:
Our house is well-equipped, featuring, among other things, a brand-new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a ski boot dryer for 6 pairs of ski boots, and French doors leading to the rooftop terrace.
The 30 m² south-facing rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the Altastenberg ski slope.
Our house has 3 floors.
- The basement, where you can put on and take off your ski boots and ski clothing.
- First floor: Open-concept kitchen leading to the living room, 2 double bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom with an infrared sauna—perfect for after a day of skiing.
- First floor: 1 double bedroom.
The house has a large south-facing garden, providing sun all day long. In the summer, it’s a great spot for barbecuing. Getting too cold in the evening? Then fire up the outdoor heater!
Included:
- Linens.
- Pillows and comforters
- Kitchen towels. (including dish towels, hand towels, and dishcloths.)
Please note: You must bring your own shower towels.
House Rules:
- No smoking indoors.
- There are no charging facilities for electric cars.
- No more than the number of people booked may stay in the house.
- No parties allowed.
- No pets allowed.

Wat een heerlijk huis. Super netjes en verzorgt. Fijne badkamer, lekker terras, zeker een aanrader. Genoeg te doen in de buurt.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Sauna, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc...in schöner ruhiger Lage
die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr sympathisch, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer für insgesamt sechs Personen. Wir waren mit vier Personen vor Ort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, verfügt über einen Senseo-Kaffeeautomaten, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Ofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle. Die Skipiste in Altastenberg ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Keller zu abstellen der Skier und eine Heizung für die Skischuhe. Die Aussicht von der sehr geräumigen Terrasse ist super. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Über die App hatten wir einen sehr guten und freundlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Sehr gerne wieder...
