La ubicación del apartamento es ideal si quieres visitar el centro de Sevilla
El parking que esta ubicado debajo del edificio no tiene ascensor hasta puerta de calle y tienes que estar arrastrando maletas por 4 tramos de escaleras. Además cuesta nada mas y nada menos que 36€ al día. En el edificio existen plazas de garaje, mejoraría considerablemente la valoración si hubiera tenido una plaza.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the location was amazing. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with soaps, shower gels, toilet paper, shampoo, a hairdryer, a diffuser, and a first aid kit. There are enough towels, duvets, and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped. You really have anything you need for cooking. The staff responded very quickly when we had issues, correcting them within the same day. They welcome you upon your arrival, provide two keys, and explain everything you need to know; furthermore, their portal shows you where to dispose of trash and what is in the area, and the staff answers any questions you might have. There are four AC units in the apartment, along with curtains (which were amazing) and blinds. They come to change the sheets and towels, and provide toilet paper and paper towels. The balcony is amazing.
Location: Truly amazing, which can be loud, but when you close the window in the bedroom with a balcony, there is no noise. The other bedroom is a bit louder; you can hear the neighbors and the cars in the parking lot, but that is only a problem for a few minutes at times and only if you are an extremely light sleeper like me. But again, that was my bedroom on this trip and I slept like a baby.
I would love to say nothing, but when it came to how they cleaned the apartment, it was a mixture of bad luck and the fact that some things had really never been cleaned. When I pay 1300€ for my stay, I expect things to be clean, and I mean clean. I am writing in hope that the management will see this not happening again.
I made the mistake of taking the duvets out of the closet because I was cold. One was covered in someone's hair and the other was dirty. The way they were folded showed me that the covers had not been changed since the last time someone used them, probably in winter. The floors were also not very clean. Then, by chance, while pulling the covers off the bed, I pulled everything off and saw that the mattress cover was covered in hair. I mean covered. They did come the next day and change it all.
I am a person who, no matter where I go, disinfects and cleans all the little things that were missed, but there are literal pencil marks from when they built the light switch in the upper bathroom. The doors are white and have never been wiped. Also, the tiles may need to be scrubbed. I do not know if this is management's fault or if they just do not think about it, but it makes the price paid not worth it.

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung, alles war sauber. sehr zentrale Lage, gleich um die Ecke war die Fußgängerzone, Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, Parkgarage (€36/Tag) und Lebensmittelmarkt sind im gleichen Haus

The flat is ideally placed in Sevilla Center. You have everything just by walking.
It is well furnished with everything you can think of. The staff is very kind.
You need to take a first elevator, cross a parking, then take another elevator to finally arrive to the flat.
The most inconvenient thing about this accomadation is that the checkout is at 11:00 AM, and there is no reception service where you can leave your baggages if you have your flight late that day. It means that you need to look for an external luggage storage accross the city. When you have children with you, it is very tyring.
