Property was clean, easy to access and generally well equipped. Towels, toiletries etc were available. Surrounding area was served by cafe's and some good quality and value restaurants. Supermarket was a short walk away. We had 1 studio and 1x 3-bed apartment. Both were spacious and gave us exactly what we needed.
A kettle to boil water would be a welcome addition. Rooms at the front were noisy from street traffic outside throughout the night. In general the surrounding area was not clean or tidy with lots of graffiti. This is a general problem in Rome outside of tourist areas so we lived with it. The Tram line was closed meaning we had to take buses instead... this is likely to continue for some time.
