About this house rental
Our five apartments, which vary in size, are all uniquely laid out and furnished in a stylish and authentic manner. Spacious and spread across three sides of the building complex, each unit features its own garden furniture and lounge chairs, as well as plenty of privacy.
The entrances to the three apartments—Firenze, Siena, and Arezzo—face south and are accessible immediately past the parking area and the driveway to the estate. The landscaped forecourt also features the old cistern, nestled among a circle of ancient trees: for many guests, a cherished (“energy”) spot for daydreaming, reading, and relaxing...
On the estate’s east terrace are two additional apartments—Pisa and Cortona—and next to them, the large seminar room. Every apartment at Podere Villole features a fully equipped kitchen. And you can drink our tap water without worry: it’s pumped from our own well at a depth of over 70 meters. When furnishing the apartments, I chose not to include televisions; instead, you’ll find a high-quality stereo system and an extensive collection of CDs. Each apartment offers its guests a private terrace with lounge chairs.

Please also note that we are almost always fully booked during the season from mid-April to mid-October. Therefore, please book early to avoid disappointment.
