Quiet area. Great location. Close to transport (Yamanote line), supermarkets and coin laundry. It was nice to have Netflix and they provide coffee, muffins/ rolls and bananas in the morning. You also have access to a microwave to warm up food.
Sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms or the hall way.

Fantastic location in a quiet street and close to everything. Friendly staff who spoke good English and were very helpful. Loved small touches like complimentary snacks and coffee in the morning. Happy to hold your bags before and after check in/out.
The lift was a little small if you have big bags.

Great value for the price of a clean room in Tokyo. Bed firm and comfortable (for us). Very good shower. Location: short, safe walk from a Yamanote train line stop, making it a very convenient place to stay. One subway stop to Ueno and only a few to Shinjuku. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Like many hotels in Japan, room was small. Although there was a window in the corner of our room, it felt dark.

Clean facility, great amenities, great staff, free netflix
Paper thin walls, poor location. Sink was in the main room which was weird.
