About this apartment rental
The vacation rental—Casa Eleganz—is located in the historic old town of Posada.
The terrace offers a stunning view across the entire bay to La Caletta and Monte Albo. You can make the wait for dinner more enjoyable by relaxing in the hammock with a chilled glass of something to drink. A patio umbrella and a cushioned seating area are provided. The bedroom features a double bed. The kitchen-living room has a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and an electric oven. TV and Wi-Fi are included. Each window has a screen. Air conditioning is available; price depends on usage.
This vacation rental is perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding from everyday life.
The house is a smoke-free property, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed by the owner.
The nearest town to the south is San Giovanni, and to the north is Taunanella/Budoni. It’s about 38 km to the Olbia airport and ferry terminal, about 15 km to San Teodoro, and 2 km to the gorgeous beaches. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the large terrace in the morning sun, and in the evening, you can wind down with a glass of wine. And you’ll always have this breathtaking view.
Thanks to its hillside location, the house maintains pleasant temperatures.
