About this house rental
A Landes-style house that was completely renovated in July 2020. A 4-by-8 pool and a full-size hot tub for 6 people have been installed. You can also relax on the 160 m² wooden deck, which opens directly from the living-dining room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
As for the garden, it has been completely redesigned by a landscape architect, and a variety of plant species have been selected to immerse you in a relaxing setting. The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood of Petit Picquey. The bike path is 100 meters from the house and takes you to the lake in less than 2 km, Truc Vert Beach at 3 km, Grand Cahut Beach at 11 km, the Cap Lighthouse 12 km away, and even Lacanau—for the more athletic—30 km away by bike.
Inside the house, everything has also been renovated; the furniture and bedding are brand new so that our guests can fully enjoy the villa. In winter, you can even relax in front of a magnificent wood-burning stove.
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to provide a refundable security deposit of 800 euros.

La maison est très bien aménagée, décorée avec goût, confortable et très bien équipée. Un véritable atout lorsque le temps est maussade et qu'il n' y a rien d'autre à faire que de rester chez soi ! Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont spacieux, la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi un pur plaisir !
L'emplacement est optimal, ni trop loin de la pointe pour y aller à vélo (la piste cyclable est vraiment toute proche), ni trop loin de la sortie de la presqu'île.
Et surtout, nous avons apprécié le calme. Pas ou peu de voitures, donc peu de bruit, et on peut profiter du jardin sans se sentir exposés.
