The staff was very responsive to our needs and the hotel room was suitable for our large family. The roof access and private pool was delightful. The view from our room was spectacular.
The plumbing was tricky and we quickly learned that one toilet was insufficient for 7 people but we were able to use the toilets on other levels. The beds were too firm.
