About this house rental
In this fully renovated contemporary winegrower's farmhouse, 4 bedrooms 3 Wc, 4 bathrooms, 2 with their own bathrooms and toilet. Here you can make your own pizza or barbecue in the very cool garden or patio with pond.
Swimming possible at the bottom of the house, kayak, air mattresses. Ceramics class possible by me even if I am available and there at my adjacent workshop. Walks, gourmet restaurants, vineyards.
We are 4 km from Noyers sur Serein, 10 km from Chablis.
The house is available totally and the spaces open and prepared according to the number of people, and allocation of rooms from 1 to 4 bedrooms depending on the number of people.
The designer/ceramist workshop is completely dissociated from the house and garden you rent.
The house has a camera to secure the premises (house and independent workshop) and to control the entrances from the workshop on the front door of the patio.
Heating and wood to be paid in addition the winter according to meter consumption
Please note that the house is not rented for more than 8 people

Véritable maison en pierre pleine de charme et décorée avec bcp de goût, dans un environnement ultra calme. Jardin très appréciable avec son bbq et sa longue table pour les repas et apéritifs. Dommage que le four à pain indiqué dans l'annonce n'était pas accessible!
