About this apartment rental
Our vacation farm is located just outside the town of Heiligenhafen, surrounded by nature.
You’ll be staying on a working farm without livestock.
On the upper floor, you’ll find your spacious vacation apartment with two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The large living room is perfect for relaxing or watching TV.
You can also watch TV in the large bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven.
The bathroom features a large, walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Towels and bed linens are provided.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible; it is reached via a separate outdoor staircase. There is also a furnished rooftop terrace.
You can spend wonderful evenings at the barbecue area in front of the house. If you prefer it dark at night, you can lower the electric exterior shutters.
The surrounding area offers many recreational and sports activities.
The beach is about 2 km away.
Final cleaning/disinfection included.
The visitor’s tax for the city of Heiligenhafen must be collected by the landlord. It amounts to €1.80 per day per person during the off-season and €3 per day per person during the high season. Children under 18 are exempt.

Trotz der Nähe zur A1 sehr ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Stadt.
