An exceptional apartment—pleasant, clean, well-equipped, and cozy, with a homey atmosphere. It features an excellent kitchen, fully stocked for preparing meals and drinks. The shower is very comfortable, and the bed is excellent. The location is superb—right in the heart of the city, just a minute from the beach, and close to the restaurants and beautiful alleyways of Ericeira. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with; she kindly accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out for us. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, but it wasn't a problem at all—the place is definitely worth it. Highly recommended! There is low-cost paid parking about 100-130 meters from the apartment.

Cosy apartment with excellent location.
For somebody noisy street could be a problem. But with closed windows nothing remarkable.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Paula was on top of communication with us and went out of her way to be accommodating and ensure our stay was spectacular. TikLiving is right in the center of town and everything you will want to see and do while in Ericeria is easy walking distance. Staying here was the highlight of our all our stays in Portugal.
As a few others have pointed out, TikLiving is right in center of the town and there is some noise from the restaurants below. That being said, we would stay here again without hesitation.
