Location, food, privacy,
The staff person during checkin around 230 had poor customer service skills. She was notvery helpful or understanding of my needs. I was releived to have a different person to check me in around 430. He was great and helpful.

Villa needs to be updated. Experienced couple of minor maintenance that should have been fixed before we arrived (ie: clock did not work, toilet seat loose).
