Good

Apartment is good enough and well-equipped, the view is superb over the playground and further to the beach and ocean. There's an allocated parking spot and it was quiet. It's a short drive to the main roads and to the city centre.

It is frustrating, disappointing and outright unacceptable to not have internet access in the 21st century. However, the worst part is the hidden costs. The ad said nothing, even the confirmation email said nothing about additional costs for bed linen, towels, city tax and cleaning fee. While these fees may well be legitimate, they come as a surprise AFTER the non-refundable booking was made and they amount to some 20% of the initial price paid. The bed in the main bedroom is really small, so 2 adults may find it uncomfortable to sleep in it. The electric stores are great, but some don't work.

Déception

L'emplacement: grande proximité avec la plage même si celle ci a été très souvent interdite à la baignade donc nous allions plutôt à celle du centre Assez de place pour 5 Pas loin du centre Vue sympathique

Problème d'équipements: pas de plaques de cuisson (celle ci était en panne et nous n'avons jamais eu de visite d'un technicien, Hoomy n'avait pas de retour du propriétaire), robinets de la douche vétustes, baignoire jaunâtre, manque d ustensiles de cuisine (pas de passoire par exemple), manque d'équipement pour le nettoyage (j'ai apporté ma propre serpillière), rafraîchissement des sols et des murs à prévoir, à notre arrivée il y avait du sable sous les tapis, une couette qui sentait mauvais (on m'en a apporté une autre le lendemain, la tringle des enfants était cassée et gisait au sol (dangerosité), bâtiment très vétuste comme l'a décrit un précédent commentaire mais bon ça ce n'est qu'un détail effectivement, nous avions pris connaissance qu'il n'y avait pas de wifi mais c'était sans savoir que nous aurions donc des problèmes de réception des chaînes TV. Draps facturés trop chers donc nous les avons apportés Entièrement d'accord avec un précédent commentaire concernant cette caution de 800€ pris par un organisme tiers, charge mentale et stress Vu l'état des sols, du plafond, des installations, du bâtiment une telle caution cela ne se justifie pas Le rapport qualité/prix n y était pas du tout Nous sommes déçus de l'appartement, déçus du prix payé

Logement très vétuste et sale, service hoomy déplorable, très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

L’appartement est bien situé face a la mer, et est plutôt très bien équipé niveau cuisine. L’ambiance de la résidence est sympa.

Immeuble extrêmement vétuste, pas étonnant qu’il n’y ait pas de photo sur l’annonce, prêt à s’écrouler ils ont mis des étaux pour le soutenir. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires disant que c’est propre, car ça ne l’était pas assez, ça collait au sol, et obligé de faire le ménage à l’arrivée. Prendre sa douche notamment pour les enfants un enfer, le pommeau hyper vétuste et obligé de faire des acrobaties pour que la pression soit bonne pour que l’eau puisse en couler. Trop de décor et d’objets en tout genre. Concernant Hoomy : Location de draps très chère (51€) et même pas installés, surtout qu’il y avait des poils d’animaux dessus, ils nous ont remboursé 1 drap sur les 4, et ont simplement justifié d’un : « c’est pas nous qui gérons les draps ». Quand c’est par vous que je passe, si, c’est vous qui gérez. J’ai du insisté pour avoir un réchaud dans la journée car la plaque est tombée en panne, sinon je devais attendre 2 jours qu’un technicien passe pour finalement changer la plaque après notre départ. Condition abusive pour la caution, on passe par un prestataire qui demande notre pièce d’identité, comment puis-je m’assurer que c’est sécurisé, 800€, restitué jusqu’à 2 semaines après le départ… Quand on loue pour des vacances on veut se reposer, et là ben c’était pas le cas. Mauvais rapport qualité prix, on serait bien mieux dans un hôtel modeste, avec des vrais services.

Super Appartement. Blick direkt aufs Meer. Modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Lage ideal am Strand und Surfschule gleich nebenan.

Super Aussicht, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, ruhige Lage. Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
