It’s convenient. And new-ish.
The trains run out front. Ask for a room on the back side. (Odd numbered rooms).

The breakfast was fine. Coffee not so much.
The air conditioners outside the rooms were extremely loud. It sounded like an airplane taking off about every 10 minutes. Next time, we will request an upper floor room and hopefully that will help.

Satisfactory. I don't expect much.
Bed too soft for me.

Convenient for my high school class reunion
The common areas were very cold. We mentioned that, nothing was done to make the nicely furnished area more comfortable. The dining area was slightly warmer. The patio wasn’t inviting, not cleaned or set up, broken umbrella lying on the patio.
