Never hit ths far , suspect someone who wanted more nights hotbthr accomodation

They cancelled us the morning of our stay . Said someone broke the shower door . I received a text for someone else by mistake with their bank details in discussing their stay . I am still waiting for my money back . I use booking .com all the time and never had this happen before . My payment should have still been waiting to process as we didn’t even get to the property . I was told I would have to wait 7 to 12 days for money back so had to pay again for sage hotel . Not impressed , Sage was excellent thank goodness .

Extremely rude owner. Do not pay the damage deposit they ask for, you will never get it back

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the instructions were very clear. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants nearby.
