Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms at a great price. Staff were helpful. The complementary breakfast, while limited in scope, made for a nice value add and was convenient for early departures. The nearest station sits on the Chuo-Sobu line, which offers easy access to popular parts of Tokyo.
The walk from the nearest station can feel a bit long. You may want to go around the bar district, rather than through, if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. We enjoyed the location once we got our bearings.
A smallish and basic hotel

Everything was quite allright. It was clean, everything worked as it supposed to. Clean, even spaceous.
The windows were all frosted. No view whatsoever. Since we only stayed for 1 night, this was ok, but I could see it being a problem for longer stays.
