About this apartment rental
In a former fisherman’s house—just 2 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the Old Port, the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals—a charming 2-room apartment measuring 55 m² in the historic district of Cannes. Large windows and ceilings over 3 meters high, exposed beams, two fireplaces, bright and facing east/west, small balcony. Exceptional location on the Suquet hill, just steps away from picturesque little restaurants, terraces, and antique shops...
We wanted to emphasize space, authenticity, simplicity, and the charm of Mediterranean architecture. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 to include all modern amenities (air conditioning, heated towel rack, Wi-Fi...) while preserving the character of this former fisherman’s house (which still features its original terracotta floor tiles).
We want to ensure you have a pleasant stay and, for this reason, limit the number of guests (3 to 4 people, including young children).
You’ll enjoy a large kitchen that opens onto the living room, a dining area with a bench, a balcony of about 2 m² for enjoying coffee or an aperitif, and a spacious bathroom with a window that lets in the morning sun. In the late afternoon and into the evening, sunlight streams into the living room and bedroom.
The apartment has one bedroom with a 1.60 m bed (Treca) and a large sofa bed with a 1.60 m mattress in the living room. Minimum three-day rental in the summer. A washer-dryer is available for stays longer than 5 days. Sheets and towels are provided. Additional linens available for an extra fee. Cleaning service required (€60).

This property is tastefully decorated and beautiful. The windows on both sides provide bright light, nice views and comfortable breezes. We found this apartment very accommodating and spacious with good communication with the host and property manager. We loved the neighborhood as the apartment is situated in the historic Le Suquet. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again and hope to return to Cannes soon as we fell in love with the town and our accommodations. Many thanks to Vanessa and Sophie!!!

A really beautifully finished apartment in a great location. Well equiped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Double glazed windows made a huge difference. Sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable though for 2 adults.
