The place is so spacious I could have a group of friends over and chat. There are plenty of facilities that were very useful, for example, I did my laundry and ironed my formal wear. The host is easily reachable. Overall a nice place to spend nights in. Oh and it's reasonably close to the giant shopping mall.
The entrance is a bit hard to find due to construction, and the surroundings are generally a bit rough. I had to walk around 15 minutes to get to public transport. The bed is okay, sort of shifts around very easily. The heating was a bit hard to control, but the host helped me figure it out. One thing that slightly peeved me was that there wasn't any place to put the toilet roll while you're on the toilet.

Only stayed one night and were out for most of it but everything was satisfactory. The place is simple but has everything you need.
Location a little confusing, don’t just go to the first place you see on the map- check the building numbers first

Host was nice and helpful. Location is very good. Apartment is modest, but has everything needed.
I wish the fridge were cleaner.

Great location and clear instructions on how to get the keys for the room.
The room was quite dirty: there was bird droppings on the balcony and dust in several places that looked like they had never been cleaned. Overall, it did not correspond to the current Booking rating of 9.
