Everything went well, I suggest you to send your doc one day prior to your arrival, in order to have your face recognition on your check in day. If you can't, there is a lovely guy that will open you the building door at any time, and without making you wait more than 2 minutes until your Face ID is ready. the process is very quick though.
My apartment was very well cleaned, quiet and I never heard any neighbour doing noise although I stayed for a month. This was a great point for me as I can't stand noises very much.
There is a nice swimming pool, a gym and several restaurant cheap and good in the building complex.
Grab will find you more easily than Bolt. The metro station is max 15 min walk. The neighborhood is very safe.
I would just add a pot in the kitchen

This location is a perfect hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok. Everything you could need is within the compound (restaurants, gym, laundry, pool, spa, sauna), and it is very close to the tourist shopping area. Perfect for longer stays.
I would have loved not to end my vacation!
