The renovated vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building in an excellent location close to downtown. In addition to two bedrooms, the apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, a large retro refrigerator, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, and a retro dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. The living area offers space for a seating area with a cozy couch. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, which can be separated if needed. The single beds are then 80 cm wide. A travel crib and a high chair can also be provided. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The bedrooms and living room are accessed via a central hallway with a coat closet. The apartment has a total area of 45 square meters. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron are also provided. Public parking is available on Sophienstraße and in the surrounding residential streets. Non-smoking apartment; pets not allowed; not suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities. There is no elevator.

We loved the quiet road where the apartment is situated and the lively street with all sorts of restaurants around the corner. Close to the city centre and close to the harbour and the canal circling the city: the place to be for us. And last but not least: a very friendly and helpful host.
