🌟 Exceptional Stay, Unforgettable Host
I've stayed at this property countless times—sometimes alone, sometimes with friends, and sometimes just to enjoy the atmosphere without spending the night. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, and yes... the towel selection is legendary: bath towels, beach towels, you name it!
Cleanliness? Impeccable. I even learned how to clean a hotel room properly from Lucia herself.
Honestly, even if the house were a humble hut, I'd still choose to come—because Lucia is the heart of it all. She's kind, resourceful, and unbelievably helpful. When I first arrived in Italy and encountered issues with my documents, not even lawyers could help. Lucia solved everything.
She’s truly special—strong, determined, and welcoming. Staying at her property feels like more than a holiday—it’s a meaningful experience.

🌿 Villa Lucia: il nostro posto del cuore
Ogni anno, da quel lontano 2019, Villa Lucia è il nostro rifugio. Quando ci siamo finiti per la prima volta, era una casetta semplice, spartana. Oggi… è un piccolo universo che profuma di casa, con cucine attrezzate, stanze curate e quel non-so-che che ti fa abbassare le spalle e respirare.
E poi c’è Lucia. Un’accoglienza che non si insegna, si è. Sorride, ascolta, accompagna. Abbiamo scoperto i suoi mille talenti tra una chiacchiera e un mojito buonissimo: guida esperta del territorio, mediatrice scolastica e familiare, trainer di mindfulness con campane tibetane e tamburo sciamanico… e poi quel dono raro del silenzio che cura.
La sua presenza ha attirato gente da tutta Italia, e non per il mare. C’era chi cercava pace, chi risposte, chi una spinta per cambiare rotta. Tutti, in qualche modo, tornavano trasformati. Anche noi, colpiti dalla sua luce, siamo diventati soci dell’associazione. Io offro il mio supporto informatico, mia moglie e mia figlia ci mettono l’anima. In cambio, riceviamo ispirazione continua.
Villa Lucia non è solo una casa: è uno spazio sospeso dove il tempo rallenta. Sulla collina di Minturno, lontani dalla movida, vicinissimi al mare. Cicale, uccelli, vento. Tutto si ferma. E respiri.
Abbiamo sempre prenotato direttamente, ma stavolta, leggendo le recensioni, abbiamo voluto lasciare la nostra anche su Booking. Perché certi luoghi meritano di essere raccontati.
Che dire? Auguriamo a Lucia di accogliere solo ospiti meravigliosi—come lei. E a voi, che leggete, di trovare un po’ di voi stessi tra queste mura.

Servizio impeccabile,host disponibile gentile e alla mano,la pulizia della struttura 10 , ho trovato un armadio enorme con asciugamani di ogni genere,stanze e spazi ampi dotati di grandi armadi,detersivi,prodotti per l’igiene personale,stoviglie per 10 famiglie e anche di piu (in una sola casa) secondo me,massima attenzione per offrire agli ospiti tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno,assi e ferro da stiro ad esempio,phon,friggitrice.
Se l’arrivo è previsto in tarda serata da Lucia non hai problemi a trovare pasta,olio e una ricca dispensa.. insomma sei a casa tua e la struttura soddisfa ogni esigenza!

Das die Beschreibung zum Haus besser wäre da die Straße eine 11 Prozentige Steigerung hat und man kommt nur mit einem kleinen Auto in den Hof und Das Gelände ist abfallen der Weg zur Küche ist mit einer sehr großen Stufen verbunden
