I didn’t realize there is not a staffed check in. We were supposed to receive an email with info to access the room. Didn’t receive the email , called the phone number in the foyer and left a message. Management responded quickly with necessary info.

Comfortable bed, nice walk-in shower, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room. Easy parking. Convenient ice machine.
I did not receive an advance email with my room code for self check-in, and others guests had the same issue. A notice in the entry hall provided a phone number which solved the dilemma fairly quickly , but this confusion was unnecessary and not a great way to start.
The room had zero hangers, and only a few hooks on the wall for clothing, etc., which was a bit inconvenient.
Windows don’t open, and the air conditioning is too loud for sleeping well. It seemed a shame to not have access to cool, fresh air in what was a quiet location.

It was clean and fairly comfortable.
I didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk and that it was really like an Airbnb rather than an Inn. It was a lot of money for a room with basically no amenities.
