1) Awesome location - one station away from Shinjuku on the Yamanote line, station is 3 min away on foot.
2) Great breakfast in the downstair restaurant: eggs, bacon, salad, bread, granola, yoghurt.
3) Tye room in itself is very nice, but…
… it is SO small!
It is Tokyo standard, but boy was it tight.
Other than that, really no complaints. Very cost-effective!

Clean, comfortable, stylish hotel in a convenient location. Helpful staff. Great attention to details. Would stay there again.
The room was small, but that was expected. The bathrobe had an odor. Otherwise, perfect.

Close to subway station. The staff is helpful.
The rooms are very small and quite worn. It is not as clean as you would expect a Japanese hotel to be. The breakfast is very boring, far from “fantastic” according to the description.
