A beautiful, unique, private, rustic and outdoor style atmosphere this would feel like camping but without ever needing to leave the house the panoramic view of both the beach and rainforest mountains will make you feel like if you were far from everyone and in your own personal world. You have a hammock to relax on a one bedroom with one very comfortable queen size bed with an outdoor shower that sits next to your private hot tub with thos amazing view and also a full bathroom next to your bedroom which has ac unit, dresser/mirror , iron and blow dryer You have your own outdoor kitchenette with an island table top to sit and enjoy eating while looking at the ocean from the distance you can cook using an electric stove top two burner a two sink with plates, utensils provided, condiments, cutting board next to your microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker.blender, cooler on wheels. Also, you can sit back, watch Netflix in your outdoor living room space. Washer and dryer available on property upon request. Step out to your private terrace and check out the view of the stars at night and your only minutes away from our beautiful beaches and the 60 kiosko where you can bar hop even wine and dine next to the beach. Also many water rental for fun activities. This truly is an outdoor experience to call one with nature. Enjoy!!!

This place was even better than the pictures! It was absolutely PERFECT. Yes, it is about 90% outdoors, and that is exactly why I enjoyed it so much. The beautiful Puerto Rican breeze felt so wonderful blowing throughout the property.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed. It even had an air fryer. The bathroom and the bedroom are enclosed. The outdoor shower feels amazing!
As does the hot tub.
There is even a starfruit tree right next to the property. As if this place needed any extra charms!

We really did love staying here. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. The outdoor shower was my favorite part. We did not cook, but the kitchen would have been suitable for anything we wanted to prepare.Unfortunately the water went out during our stay due to an issue at the local pumping station. This was no fault of the host’s. There was a slight delay in hearing back from Jay about the issue, but once he noticed my message he was very communicative until the problem was resolved.The reason for my redacting one star is because the hot tub was out of order during our stay. With the water also being out, having the hot tub to comfortably rinse off the salt water would have made the trouble much more comfortable. Jay acknowledged that the heat pump for the hot tub had long outlived its expected lifespan. I am sure it has been replaced since our stay, but I was still disappointed that no one noticed the hot tub was not working before we arrived, especially since it was known that the heat pump was on it’s last leg.Overall, I would consider staying here again. I really enjoyed the outdoor living area with a secure/enclosed sleeping area. The location was very good.

Host was very responsive and very nice. Not quite what we expected it. Surprised, the only room that was indoor was the bedroom. Hot tub didnt get hot. Air conditioner in the one room was good. Housekeeping showed up unannounced and we weren't there to drop off a pot 3 days into our stay. Front gate lock broke mid stay so our stuff was out in the openAll and all it wasnt a horrible stay. It should have a better description so that renter know its 90% outdoor.
