About this house rental
The EMMA semi-detached home puts all of Wustrow’s key locations within easy reach. The property is located in the geographical center of the village, so the pier, the town center, the church, the Bodden harbor, and, of course, the Baltic Sea beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite this prime location, EMMA is set back from any through traffic.
The cozy atmosphere in the living areas is defined by warm, earthy tones. This is also true of the two bedrooms, which are located on the upper floor of the half of the house. They consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a bathroom with a shower on both floors of the property.
The cozy, open living area features a kitchen with a freestanding cooking island as its centerpiece. This room also includes a comfortable corner sofa (which can sleep up to 2 additional guests), a high-quality flat-screen TV, and a stylish dining area. This area also leads out to the furnished terrace with a large garden.
The vacation home is heated by a modern, energy-efficient heat pump. Combined with the home’s solar panels, the property is 50% self-sufficient in energy.
Good to know: Wi-Fi is included at this property.
A big plus: You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at the STRANDPERLEN office.

Das Haus Emma ist ideal für große Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen möchten.
Bei uns war es so, dass in der einen Hälfte die Familie mit Kindern und in der anderen Hälfte die Großeltern gewohnt haben. So ist man zusammen und dennoch können beide Parteien sich zurück ziehen. Eine Waschmaschine wäre schön.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und funktionelles Ferienhaus und ist durchaus auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.
Zum Service zwei Anmerkungen:
- Geschirrücher wurden erst nach Aufforderung geliefert;
- In den beiden Toiletten waren jeweils nur ca. eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Selbst bei einem kutrzen Aufenthalt war hier ein Nachkauf zwingend erforderlich.
Vg. zwei Dinge schmälerten - bei einem doch recht Preisintensiven Haus - den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck.
Wir wünschen den nachfolgenden Gästen, daß es dann an diesen Stellen besser funktioniert.
