About this apartment rental
Modern, comfortable "Ostseebrise" vacation apartment on the 1st floor with a balcony and parking space in a central location.
Our approximately 56-square-meter “Ostseebrise” vacation apartment is located in a residential complex (Haus Stranddistel) with a total of 16 apartments in the center of Zingst.
Located on the first floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The bright living room features a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a seating area for relaxing, complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, games, and books for entertainment. The balcony, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a dining table and 3 chairs. Here you can enjoy the evening sun.
The built-in kitchen, which opens off the hallway, is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, and offers everything you need for self-catering. The modern bedroom, accessible from the hallway, features a comfortable double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 1.00 x 0.90), two nightstands, a large wardrobe, and a dresser with drawers. The sofa in the living room, which converts into a bed, provides an additional sleeping space. The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, features a shower, sink, toilet, and towel dryer. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack with a mirror and a shoe cabinet. The entire vacation rental features tile or laminate flooring. Free Wi-Fi is available. Upon request, a travel crib and high chair for your toddler are provided free of charge.
Upon request, you can book a paid breakfast service through our partner and have delicious breakfast boxes conveniently delivered right to your vacation rental.
The vacation rental includes 1 parking space and a lockable shed where you can safely store your bicycles. We look forward to welcoming you!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, ist geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Ideal für zwei Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden und man fühllt sich sehr wohl.
Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu weit und Restaurants/Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut ist ebenfalls die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die FeWo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht ausreichend abdunkeln. Es war einfach zu hell.
Einige Lampen waren defekt. ( Deckenleuchte Schlafzimmer, Lampe im Spiegelschrank) Diese Defekte hätte das Service Team erkennen müssen.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung in Ordnung.
