Apartment located in the Puerto Rey residential complex, just 290 meters from Playazo de Vera Beach.
We do not accept tenants who are involved in the Dream Beach festival.

This apartment is located within a resort complex featuring 3 swimming pools (2 large and 1 for children) and a communal hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided, an elevator, on-site parking within the building, a gym (stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical trainer… ), direct access from the street to the pool area, a lawn area, free daily children’s activities organized within the complex, a beach bar in the common area offering a daily menu with takeout options, etc. The complex has security cameras in the common areas.
The Vera Aquapark, ideal for children, is located 1 km from the apartment, next to the Consum supermarket.
