Location and size of apartment. The people I holidayed with. The Gold Coast. GC Uber drivers 👍
20F. It was dirty when we arrived. Looked like no one had cleaned. Carpets were filthy and covered in hair. Dishes had food stuck to them and put away. Bathroom had a wet, used facewasher in the shower alcove. Confetti and other rubbish lying around the apartment. The windows/glass doors out to balcony view were so dirty we couldn't see out of them so bought window cleaner and washed them ourselves. Soooo disappointing. Also, picking up the key from a different suburb to where our apartment was located is simply ridiculous.

Location and view of the ocean was fabulous
Cleanliness, responsiveness and facilities. There were no dish wash and laundry chemicals and no tea coffee amenities. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Called the staff and no one came till next day. The fire alarm went off and evacuation announcement with no one taking care of it. We called to request for a late check out, but no one bothered to call us back confirming the same. Very poor services. The only good part was the beautiful location and the view of the ocean.
