In the end, if you’re going there to rest at least at night, don’t count on it, this apartment is not designed for that.

Superficially everything seems acceptable, but in reality, it’s very sad. I don’t like empty words, but I do appreciate constructive criticism myself, so that people understand what they are getting into in the future - I want to outline all the pros and cons of this accommodation. Let me start with the pros: 1. Everything is clean, tidy, and pleasant to look at. 2. The location is very advantageous (a clean residential area close to 2 metro lines and 3 km from the city center). 3. There are dishes, an oven, and a good refrigerator.

And now, onto the cons: 1. The bedroom is very small, it serves as a hallway and a kitchen, while the toilet and shower are very large, which is illogical, but these are minor issues, you can live with them without problems, especially if there are 1-2 people without children. 2. There is no hairdryer, which is very bad. 3. All doors squeak so loudly that it can be heard throughout the house, not just in our room, but also you can hear how they squeak in the neighbors’ rooms. 4. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear every word from the neighbors behind the door, and they can hear you too. There is no talk about personal boundaries here. 5. The sofa is probably the worst thing here. It’s a small old sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed with a mattress. When you unfold it, it consists of stretched elastic bands, and a mattress lies on top of them, so when you lie down on the bed, the mattress underneath you bends as if you’re sleeping in a hammock outdoors. Because of the terrible pillows and this sofa, my back started to hurt after just half an hour of sleeping!!! It was so painful to sleep there that my husband and I took the mattress off the sofa, put it on the floor, and slept on the mattress on the floor!!! And it was much more comfortable than on the sofa. When you come to travel and spend the whole day on your feet, you come in the evening and want to rest, it’s very important, and your rest here turns into hell! THIS IS THE BIGGEST MINUS!!! 6. Check-in time: we received a letter that we could check in from 15:00. We arrived at 15:20, and our room was still not cleaned, there were buckets everywhere, and the cleaner with a complaint told us to leave because she hadn’t finished cleaning!!! This is our paid time, how is this even possible? Why clean when you no longer have the right to. And if we were tired and wanted to sleep badly, then what??? 7. And finally, we lived on the first floor in room 2. And it is located 1 meter from the...

Very poor

The location was okay as it was close to the hospital I had the course in. The area was quite except on Friday night.

The sofa was totally uncomfortable, the towel dryers was not working, and the on call receptionist was not reliable or honest.

Overall is pretty great!

I found out that the hairdryer was not working, so I reported the issue to the landlord through Booking. The next day, I received a brand new hairdryer.

If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a separate dry and wet area in the bathroom (including the toilet) and a place to hang new clothes. Additionally, there were too many chairs in the room.

Son emplacement au calme et pourtant proche de tout. Appartement décoré avec goût, confortable et très propre. La clef électronique très pratique . Bien aménagé . Situé au RDC. J’ai trouvé un Parking situé à 200 m qui m’a couté 30€ pour 3 jours , un Yespark ! Une bonne implication du propriétaire.

Rien en fait, mais je ne devrais pas faire trop d’éloge car il n’y aura plus de disponibilité quand je voudrais y retourner !

La ducha no funcionava correctamente, les avise me dijieron que enviarian a un tecnico y al final no vino. Tambien el piso de la ducha estava roto.
